  I.    PROJECT:    PGP LOTUS NOTES PLUGIN

        1.  Copy the following files from:
                Source: clients\pgp\win32\NotesPlugin\Built
        
                Target: clients\pgp\win32\NotesPlugin\PGP Lotus Notes Plugin\Builds
        
                Files:  ndbPGP.dll
                        nPGPext.dll
                        nPGPNts.dll
                        PGPinstl.dll

        2.  Double-click on clients\pgp\win32\NotesPlugin\PGP Lotus Notes Plugin\PGP Lotus Notes Plugin.ipr

        3.  Click on the icon, "Build Current Media", from the tool bar (the icon has a red downward arrow)

        4.  Delete the CVS directory under:
            clients\pgp\win32\NotesPlugin\PGP Lotus Notes Plugin\Media\Default\Disk Images\Disk1

        5.  Launch ExeBlder and find specify the following path:
            clients\pgp\win32\NotesPlugin\PGP Lotus Notes Plugin\Media\Default\Disk Images\Disk1

        6.  Select "Compress the included files" and "Create a 32-bit self-extracting EXE"

        7.  Click NEXT until you are prompted to select a destination directory.  Enter the location
            where you want to create SETUPEX.EXE

        8.  Rename the file you created to "Setup.exe"



 II.    PROJECT:    PGP CLIENT

        1.  Copy the following files from:
                Source: clients\pgp\win32\NotesPlugin\Built
        
                Target: clients\pgp\win32\NotesPlugin\PGP Client\Builds
        
                Files:  ndbPGP.dll
                        nPGPext.dll
                        nPGPNts.dll

        2.  Double-click on clients\pgp\win32\NotesPlugin\PGP Client\PGP Client.ipr

        3.  Click on the icon, "Build Current Media", from the tool bar (the icon has a red downward arrow)

        4.  Delete the CVS directory under:
            clients\pgp\win32\NotesPlugin\PGP Client\Media\Default\Disk Images\Disk1

        5.  Launch ExeBlder and find specify the following path:
            clients\pgp\win32\NotesPlugin\PGP Client\Media\Default\Disk Images\Disk1

        6.  Select "Compress the included files" and "Create a 32-bit self-extracting EXE"

        7.  Click NEXT until you are prompted to select a destination directory.  Enter the location
            where you want to create SETUPEX.EXE

        8.  Rename the file you created to "Setup.exe"


III.    PROJECT:    PLUGIN WRAPPER

        1.  Create the following directories:
                clients\pgp\win32\NotesPlugin\Plugin Wrapper\Builds
                clients\pgp\win32\NotesPlugin\Plugin Wrapper\Builds\ClientInstaller
                clients\pgp\win32\NotesPlugin\Plugin Wrapper\Builds\ServerInstaller

        2.  Copy the following file:
                Source: clients\pgp\win32\NotesPlugin\Lotus Notes Plugin\Builds
                Target: clients\pgp\win32\NotesPlugin\Plugin Wrapper\Builds
                File:   PGPLotusNotesReadMe.txt

        3.  Copy the following file:
                Source: \\Bluejay\Docs\Plugins\Lotus Notes\English\6.0.2\PDF
                Target: clients\pgp\win32\NotesPlugin\Plugin Wrapper\Builds
                File:   PGPNotesPluginInstallGuide.pdf

        4.  Copy both Setup.exe's created from steps I and II into their respective directory
                PGP Lotus Notes Plugin is the Server Install
                PGP Client is the Client Install

        5.  Sign both Setup.exe's with the Release Engineering Key

        6.  Double-click on clients\pgp\win32\NotesPlugin\Plugin Wrapper\Plugin Wrapper.ipr

        7.  Click on the icon, "Build Current Media", from the tool bar (the icon has a red downward arrow)

        8.  Delete the CVS directory under:
            clients\pgp\win32\NotesPlugin\Plugin Wrapper\Media\Default\Disk Images\Disk1

        9.  Launch ExeBlder and find specify the following path:
            clients\pgp\win32\NotesPlugin\Plugin Wrapper\Media\Default\Disk Images\Disk1

       10.  Select "Compress the included files" and "Create a 32-bit self-extracting EXE"

       11.  Click NEXT until you are prompted to select a destination directory.  Enter the location
            where you want to create SETUPEX.EXE

       12.  Rename the file you created to "Setup.exe"

       13.  Sign the install wrappers Setup.exe with the Release Engineer Key
